Since 1980, we have helped countless families throughout Southeast Louisiana navigate the struggles of complex, sensitive family matters. It is our passion to equip your family with the legal knowledge, vast experience and strategic advocacy necessary to improve your life. With offices in the New Orleans suburbs of Gretna and Metairie, attorneys, Harold E. Molaison, Justin E. Molaison and the devoted staff at Molaison Law Firm, LLC, are ready to counsel and represent you.
Many of our clients seek us out after a family member has passed away to determine their rights in the estate. While a law firm cannot minimize the grief felt at the loss of a loved one, we can help reduce the time, cost and stress of probating a will, administering a decedent's estate and dividing succession property.
We take the time to understand your unique circumstances and family dynamics fully. This allows us to establish a plan that achieves your goals and helps us to guide you and your family forward with your lives.
In such difficult times, your judgment may be compromised. Allow us to provide clear analysis and assistance as we tackle these challenges together.
